with this youll be able to find what method the refunder uses on the specific store youre trying to refund from. Its not hard at all however sometimes, it may require you to complete a refund with the refunder
1st way to identify which method the refunder uses:
1) go on their store list and select which store you want to refund
2) You then see the time frame and the limits
3) Lower time frame tends to be either be a Scan, ROD/ROS or DNA/EB it really depends. Another way to confirm it is if you go on the website and see their policy, they might be ROD or ROS.
3) if the refunder states its more than 14 days then its some sort of FTID/LIT
4) if the refunder states its INSTANT it could be either a scan or just normal EB/DNA as i mentioned before, it depends on the store.,
5) if the refunder mentions a courier, it means its a scan 100%
Second way of identifying which method the refunder is using:
- Go ahead and proceed with the refunder’s services and let them do your refund.
- Wait for them to complete the refund.
- once the refund has been completed fully thats when you go ahead and check what they did.
- They either mightve started a return which signals that the refund can be ROD/ROS or FTID depending on the time frame. IF they requested the return and the refund was done in less than 7 days then its ROS/ROD IF it took longer than 10 days its FTID/LIT
- If the refunder did it in a instance without any returns, ask the company to send you a transcript of the chat that was started.
- You can then Identify which method was used from there
I hope this helps you guys, make sure to like as it will motivate me to drop more sauce.
