How to create a HAR file for login flow:

Open Chrome/Firefox Developer Tools (F12)
Go to the Network tab
Clear the network log (🚫)
Check ‘Preserve log’ ⚪
Go to the login page
Perform the login process
Right-click in the Network tab
Select ‘Save all as HAR’
Send the HAR file to this bot

Tips:

Make sure to capture the entire login flow
Include any redirects after login
Don’t include unnecessary requests
